Return Policy

WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP!
We are pleased to accommodate returns within 30 days from delivery date on all products that are in its original packaging and have not been worn or tampered with for a full refund.  

 

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

E-mail us at hello@besthairworld.com with your order # as well as the reason for return.

Note: All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a full refund. If there's a damaged packaging, missing tags, packaging and etc. restocking fee of up to 75% may be applied.  

Attention! Human hair products are considered a hygienic product with strict shipping regulations. Worn/used items will be not be processed for a refund and will be discarded. 

 

2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

You may return products within 30 days from the delivery date.

Exception: No returns or exchanges on final/clearance/promo sale items.

 All Returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.

 Refunds typically take 5 - 7 business days

 

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, customer is solely responsible for return shipping label cost. You may purchase shipping label at local Post Office or from UPS/FEDEX. Please make sure to keep the tracking number until we verify the package has been delivered to us. 

For your convenience, you can also request return shipping label from us. The shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

In the case where we have sent wrong product or has a manufacturing defect, we will shoulder and provide the prepaid return shipping label.
For all Unclaimed, Return To Sender, Insufficient Address packages, we will deduct the original shipping fee paid and refund only the amount of the item/s. 

4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Returns typically processed within 5-7 business days from the day returned items received at our office. Payment refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institutions, it may take additional 2-3 business days to show up on your balance.
